and i want to define when player bet river when he has hand worse then top pair
How to define this rule?

You'll want the column:

sum(if[cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_r_bet AND (cash_hand_player_combinations.flg_r_highcard OR (cash_hand_player_combinations.flg_r_1pair AND cash_hand_player_combinations.flg_r_hand_strength = 3)), 1, 0])

That will count how many times the player has bet the river with that hand strength. You'll also want a column for how many times he's bet and shown his hand down:

sum(if[cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_r_bet AND cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_showdown, 1, 0])

Use that as your denominator and the former column as your numerator.

The hand strength value meaning is based on what hand strength group is true - for one pair, the value 3 means top pair. You can set val_r_hole_cards_used to 1 if you would like but it should always be true when flg_r_1pair is true and flg_r_hand_strength = 3 - you can only have top pair by pairing the top card on the board. That means only one of your two cards can be part of the pair by definition. It really doesn't make any difference to add it or not.
