cashgame hud stopped working

i was playing cashgame at partypoker and the hud worked fine while i was playing i changed the name of some popups and assigned them with the knew name then i pressed apply and the hud disappeared and now it not working at cashgame tables

it works fine on tournement tables but if i open a cashgame table and start playing the hud also dissapears from the tournement table

i have tried to remove the popups i assigened but it doesent help

Do you still have Table Groups on the Table Groups page? As long as you didn't delete those, your on table stats should still show.

You can revert to the default setup for the HUD via the Options button in the Hud -> Edit Hud Profiles area.

yes the table groups are still there
besides as i said if i play at a tournement table where the hud works fine and then opens a cashgame table so i play at a tournement table and cash table at the same time the hud on the tournemt table disappears when i then close the cashgame table down the hud at the tournement table starts working again.

Please restart PT4, reproduce this problem and send us the PokerTracker4.log file via the support system. You can find this file by clicking File --> Open User Data Folder and the file we want is the text file called PokerTracker4 in that directory. It will help us considerably in figuring out what is going wrong here.
