Purging a tournament is hanging

I have a lot of old playmoney tournaments imported into my database.

I've been trying to purge them. When I bring up the Purge window and choose the tournaments to purge either one at a time or the whole lot the purge window comes up. It has no details showing and an OK and cancel button. I click OK and it just hangs.

I've left it running for several hours and then tried clicking cancel but it doesn't return.

Please restart PT4 and then try the purge of a single tournament.
Let it run for 15 minutes or so and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
