I am having problems too.

Sometimes HUD is good, but y playing on FR tables and you see 4 players HUD, not 9.

Please confirm that it says v4.01.16 Beta in the title bar of PT4 and that you have restarted PokerStars since you applied the PT4 update - this is necessary for the changes to take effect.

We're still looking into this to see if we can find data missed in any cases but we haven't been able to reproduce it yet. If you see the problem again please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket and post your ticket number here so that we can follow up as soon as possible.
If you are able to take a screenshot of the incorrect stats, or note the hand number, that would really help.
