Errors importing hand histories

Hi,

I'm manually importing hand histories from stars. I've got 8 tourneys to do and three have imported with no problems. The other 5 give multiple

"Warning: PokerStars: Unrecognized game type: (Line #X)"

type errors.

The files look identically laid out and are all straight from stars with no editing.

Are they holdem or omaha tournaments?
Other game types aren't supported, and some mixed games may give you errors too.

If they're holdem or omaha, please compress the files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is wrong.
