Latest update has made situation worse

Downloaded 4.15 hoping to fix no HUD problem on ZOOM.....Still getting same message about firewall/antivirus at start of stars...HUD didn't start when I 1st opened tables so stopped import and restarted...HUD was on table, but all over the place (one players stats were in the centre of the table) and all the names were in the wrong place...was even stats on players not at the table...fix doesn't work for me guys

Yes mate...playing FR...checked on normal speed tables and everything was fine and in right place...on ZOOM all over the place...will wait for next fix

The PokerTracker update may not be not the cause, the issue you are referring to might be a PokerStars bug. We think that PokerStars accidentally reset the 6 max seating positions, we do not yet know if this happened to everyone or just some players. To fix this:

1) Stop playing on Zoom tables.

2) In the PokerStars client software set your preferred seating settings in PokerStars for 6 max by clicking Options, then selecting Preferred Seat. Change the setting for 6 max to match the preferred seating PokerTracker. You may find this setting to be empty or moved to seat #1 in Stars.

3) As a precaution we advise that you check your other preferred seating settings in PokerStars, so far we have only noticed that this affects 6max.

4) Start importing in PT3, open up the Zoom tables.

Please make certain your preferred seating settings in PokerStars are still correct - we have had reports of Stars losing the preferred seating values after this update. For full ring, Preferred Seat should be seat 5.

Checked it and all seems ok on stars...HUD still all over the place on zoom...last table HUD was in right place for 2 players...all the rest were wrong
