Big problems

Been playing 3k hands a day till yesterday. Yesterday I updated to 4.14. I got a message with update saying I should update my database...this took 11 hrs. Due to this, I played no poker at all. Today, I have no HUD at all....I keep getting a message telling me that I need to run PT4 as admin (which it is already) and configure my antivirus/firewall (with which there is no problem at all)....I tried to go back to 4.13 but then it shows no stats whatsoever...can we sort this out please guys. Obviously, I am now going to play no poker today again, so I am 6k hands down and I won't be able to make that back...any help greatly appreciated

Keep us posted - 4.01.15 should fix the Zoom issues.

We're aware and have confirmed this. We are working on a fix and a new version will be available as soon as possible.
