windows like handreplayer minimizing in to nowhere

hello,
if i want to review a hand in the replayer after doubleclick on a hand the new windows is found nowhere. i can see that something happens like if the window goes to a imaginative third monitor. this happens with the playernotepad,too. sometimes i even need to restart pt4 because i cant do anything and every click causes a beep. do i make something wrong?
