Hi,

5max table MP is PT's EP.
Thats just stupid.
You always promote PT4 with stars like Lamb and Jungleman.
Didnt they advice you that when a table gets shorter the early position drop at first?!
Your positional definition just makes no sense.
Please tell me my u made this fault and dont change it.
Do u think there is any advantage in this strange definition?

See: if the seat 3 isnt there, the range of the seat 2 can still be the same. But if u add seat 2 stats to EP the %age gets totally wrong. seat 2 (MP) hands looser range get into the PT EP stat.
(so the PT EP gets to high)
Please a qualified answer here.

We have actually worked hard to make sure what you describe does NOT happen in PT4 - it should now be in PT4 that early position does not exist for 5 handed play, and middle position does not exist for 4 handed play (unless there is no small blind).

Can you tell me where you are seeing this behavior still? We even changed the reports in the latest Beta version to clarify exactly what you were seeing (as the UTG+1 type definitions just led to confusion).

I was in my mind since knowing that PT4 will come + another user reported it personally to me via skype

One question has to be allowed:
I as very experienced PT user was very upset when PT Team (I think it was u) showed me the posi-matrix (posi real vs posi PT)
I fought it several times and argueed like in this post.
NOTHING happend! Its over 6 - 12 months I was shouting about this mess.
If u would have listened 6-12 month ago u would not have these problem today!

you just dont listen to the real pros on stats u just listen to mtt fishes or some online pros who dont know about the complexity of PT as tool.

At this point we can't go back and change the past - we've made the change going forward, and we've admitted that we plan to try to do better. We hope that will be sufficient.

Im experienced^10 and a multipicator for many users.
(Many dont post because to lazy they ask me to post.)

Sometimes I still feel that u just dont listen or dont reach the right decision makers in the team, dontknow.

I feel like giving this up and think I will.

Yes, we'll put together a new version of that. As to how it will look:

Button will be BTN all the way across the top row.

Cutoff will be CO all the way across the second row.

Hijack will be MP all the way across the third row.

Position 3 is EP for 6 handed and MP for 7-10 handed.

Position 4 is EP for 7-8 handed and MP for 9-10 handed.

Positions 5 and higher are always EP.
