NoteTracker Stalled

My NoteTracker has been stuck at 42.18%/$ and 69.56%/T for at least a couple of days. This, after clicking the Run/Stop and OK buttons several times.

Same her 73,49%. But I don't have cash hands and there are no rules for Tourneys

The hands which haven't been processed may be before the "do not rate before this date" date - try changing the date on the Status tab and clicking Run and see if they update then. (Note: you'll need to close the window and let it run - the numbers won't update while you watch.)

Good suggestion and that did the trick. Still wondering the note tracker functionality:

- why taking previous hands into account while it is know that they will not be used for notes
- why purge notes after 60 days? Should be adjustable. I would say only purge notes from players you not played against 365 days or so and keep the rest.
- why ever purge notes?
- There are no rules for tourneys and if I put a simple rule in it generates a note to all the players in the hand.

Rules Opopnet any limp and hand value range 25%. Press test and note is generated for all players. In the particular hand nobody limped.

Notes are not necessarily purged after 60 days, they just can be. The 60 in that drop down can be edited to any number you like though if you want 365 or 30 or 1.

We'll look into the tournament bug you are describing and make sure it gets fixed.

At least in my version I can change the 60 days to every possible number but once I open the Notetracker dialog again it is reset to 60 again :oops: Am I doing something wrong?

If may reset to 60, but that value is only used when you click the Purge button. I will mention this to the development team and see if we can have it remember your preferred value.

I guess I completely misunderstood this functionality. I thought that Automatic Notes where purged anyway anyhow after 60 days. I was also wondering what the reason for this kind of functionality would be. I want to keep my notes forever! Now I understand that only notes are deleted if you actually push the purge button. :idea: So no further issue with the 60 days.....

Indeed - some people like that option so that they can make sure they only see notes on the most recent data. If you want your notes to stay forever, you simply need to avoid the urge to click that Purge button :)
