hands not imported

Hello,
today I have played three sessions, after each of them I have manually imported the sessions.
The first session I just imported from of folder of the day.
The second session I imported it selecting the files (because If I did a import from the date folder the first session would be duplicated).

This two sessions were correctly imported.

The third session I imported it again fron the files in order to avoid duplicates, again. But this session was not imported.
I tryed again and duplicated were (of course) found, but the data did not appear in the results.

This options happend having both PT3 and PT4 opened (PT3 and PT4 point to different databases).

I closed PT3 and PT4, opened again PT4 and tried to manually import the files of the last session. Again duplicates were found, but these data are still not displayed in the results (or any other option in PT4).

It looks to be an anomaly.

Can you confirm that you have clicked Refresh after doing the final import?

If the hands are reported as duplicates they should be in your database - please also check that you don't have any filters enabled, click 'Clear'.

If you still can't see them please #compress the files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can experiment with them - if you're not seeing them in either PT3 or PT4 it could be that there is something odd about the final session.

Hello,
I confirm you that I clicked on the Refresh button, not only once, but more times, and also closed and opened the PT4 application.

I have opened the ticket number 120410 to track this behaviour.

Finally it did import.
I again tried to import the three sessions from the whole folder of the day, and it finally gave the following message:

Import complete. 791 hands in 71 files were imported. (0 errors, 1,811 duplicates)

But something seems to be wrong because all the times I tried before it gave the message of duplicated... I will also attach the log to the ticket.
