We are now public beta testing for almost a week and everything apart from some issues looks very promising. The response to our remarks, bugs is swift and professional which I very much appreciate. Still a few questions about the process:
- Are you going to make new beta releases available and if yes when is the release of the next build planned?
- What are the thoughts about a date for the commercial release?
- How many people are participating in the public Beta release?
- I have submitted 4 support tickets but all are still "not categorized". Are they being worked on or still waiting for somebody to look into? what is the timeframe for that kind of tickets?
I do not want to rush you and I appreciate that the new beta releases are not tumbling over each other but it would be nice to know what we can expect from your side.
Thanks.

We do plan to release more betas - we have some fairly large changes coming for the next revision and we need to make certain that there are no problems before we release it. As such I can't really give an exact time (though I wish I could). Once things are sufficiently stable we will move towards a commercial release.
I cannot comment on the number of users we have participating in the public Beta.
Your tickets should be being worked on - we are still working through a bit of a backlog due to the increase in support requests from opening up the beta, but if you don't receive a response in the next day or two send me a PM with your ticket number and I'll look into it for you personally.
