pokerstars.eu not working

after being transferred by pokerstars to pokerstars.eu
i get this message and no hands are imported or hud displayed

Error: PokerStars: Unable to launch auto-import for site: PokerStars. Reason: PokerStars auto-importer needs to be configured.

actually i can see the hud but no new hands are added because they are not imported.
i remind that moving to pokerstars.eu from pokerstars.com was not optional.
every eu player was forced to move there and upgraded the software or
he could not have access to the game

I understand - and it should be working. Please make sure you have PokerStars.eu set to save hand histories (via the Options --> Instant hand History window) and that the directory there is also set up within PT4.
