Problem with Zoom Hud

Hello,

I have a problem with the Zoom Hud. Sometimes its working fine but there are also a lot of times the following things do happen, whenn I start to play:

-Zoom Hud does not appear for a long time. The Hud Profile column shows <Hud loading> for a few minutes.
-When the Hud appears after a few minutes, it shows on some positions the hud of the current opponet, but also the Hud of the opponent, who was sitting in this position on one of the last hands

-What also happens is, instead of my Hero-only Hud, I have the same Hud like my opponets on my seat, which shows my lifetime stats.

As I said, sometims everything is working fine as it should do. But every 2nd time or so, it is like I described above. I do not change anything in the Hud options or somewhere else, it seems to happen randomly.

Please try making certain you follow these exact steps when starting a Zoom session:

1) Start PokerTracker
2) Start PokerStars and LOGIN
3) Start PT auto-import
4) Join a Zoom table

And let me know if you still experience trouble with that ordering.

Well, in my case HUD does not work at all for ZOOM tables... :( Exactly at the same time when I play regular cash or S&G everything is ok...
Any idea?

Please make certain that you have the "Enable Zoom HUD" box checked in the Configure --> Sites & Import Options --> PokerStars area. That box needs to be checked for the Zoom HUD to work properly.

I executed all these steps, but HUD on a zoom tables doesn't displayed. Everything works correct at usual tables. "Enable Zoom HUD" box checked.

New OS. There is no antivirus yet. And standart Windows firewall.
