Multiple problems with Ongame (maybe site specific)

First of all I have to say that all this problems don`t occur when I played last time at Ongame (which was at the start of march after that I switched to stars where thinks went smooth so I couldnt notice the problems till now! The problems may occur because of the new betas released after I left the network):

1. First impression at the table: My old HUD layout was "moved" to the right so stats weren`t in the right place like before. Not a big issue but had to redesign everything (without a clue why that happened)
2. After wondering why nearly all player had zero hands (even regs who I played at least 1k - probably more - hands against) it looks like that a "lot" of hands are missing in my hud. It is even possible that I just saw people with stats that I used to import from PT3 - so all new hands I played with PT4 at ongame were not "visible"
3. Notetracker isn`t working anymore. I am pretty sure that I got a bunch of notes when I played zoom the last couple of days so it`s either a site specific or a "normal" cash game specific problem. ALL the old notes where gone too lol

Have 200-300k hands right now in my main database (have two other dbs with a few mio hands) and since a few weeks everything is loading a lot longer than before. Takes a minute to load the "today" results e.g. and I wasn`t able to check my villains to see if the hands are really gone. Any suggestion what I can do against this? Wasn`t that bad one or two month ago :/



/edit: Just to make it clear I don`t have any filter for my HUD (like "just show the last 100 hands" or something like that) the HUD should show me the lifetime stats so its pretty bad right now like a reboot of my PT4

I'm not sure what happened in (1) - with (2) I do have a question. Do you have "Stats From Current Stake Only" turned on in the Hud --> Edit Hud Options area? That could limit the stats you see on an opponent considerably especially if you're at a new stake.

(3) I think there are a few site specific NoteTracker issues that we are aware of this might be one - I'll check and let you know.

Regarding report speed, we are working on things so that hopefully the next beta can be considerably faster.

(2) I just have "stats from current bet type only" checked the one for cash stakes is NOT enabled (the bet type is only for tournaments right? I`m unsure if this is probably working right now I always have all tournament hands in my HUD and wasn`t aware of the fact that this was enabled from the start! I also did not change anything in the last few weeks so is it really possible that I get this error from one beta to another one?)

should I uncheck it nonetheless and test the effect?

(3) Also the same question as above it worked really well before and I had tons of notes :(

(2) Bet Type means it separates Fixed Limit from Pot Limit from No Limit - so that never the three shall be intertwined. For some that's important, for some that's less important.

(3) I've just had it confirmed that the OnGame specific NoteTracker issues will be fixed in the next beta release.

will all my old notes work again with the fix?



btw. how can I show all my opponents in the my report section? Always see myself but no one else :P

Yes - your notes should be working now in the Replayer, just not at live OnGame tables. The problem was with linking up the session with the notes, not with the notes themselves.
