"Get Hands From Disk"

The hands i'm importing from "Get Hands From Disk" are correct in reports and a bug appear in Graphs about the "Hands Net" line... (Before the bug start (around 38K Hands) the line show the hands i imported directly from PT3 during the installation of PT4)

Could you zip up and attach a portion of the affected hands to a support ticket for us? That would help us considerably in figuring out what is going wrong in the import with those hands.

I don't think that the problem come from the hands cause i also purged some Tournaments that was perfectly imported from PT3 during the PT4 installation and i reinstalled them after to make a test and they came out with the bug too this time... So the hands still the same... with the installation being imported from PT3 the hands was without the bug, and i purged them and imported them again and this time with "Get Hands From Disk" and there is the bug now...
On this new screen-shot i post you can notice that the hands before the 2700 Hands got the bug too... Those hands was imported without bug from the PT4 installation and then i purged them to test and then i imported them back from "Get Hands From Disk" this time and then now they appear with the bug too... The thing is before they was imported without the bug when they was imported from PT3 during the installation of PT4... I imported them twice in PT4 those hands... First time correct, second time with "Get Hands From Disk" there is a bug (sorry kraada i repeat myself a lot to be sure you get it cause English is not my native language...)...

As you can see in the next post the graph in "T" "Results" Tournament" make the hands appear without the bugs...

(as you can also see on the graph, according to the Net Adjusted, i'm running f*cking bad and there is no way you can fix that bug and i guess it ll be fix soon anyway :o) ;)

I played today and i run PT3 when i'm playing...
And then i imported the hands in PT4 using the "Get Hands From Disk"...
And then i checked the "Play Poker" "View Today's Hands" and look how the hands are coming ! Those hands are from a HUSNG, so 2 players in each hands, and you can notice the bug...
Look at the column "Winner", each hands it suppose to write one line for Hero and one line for Vilain... The thing is it write both line either with Hero or with Vilain... So it debit and credit the Net for the same player in each hand instead of debiting one and crediting the other one...

I checked the other reports and the column winner also have the bug for the Hands that i imported from "Get Hands From Disk"

So the bug come from the Stat "Winner" with hands imported from "Get Hands From Disk"

If you add stats which are specific to a player then you will get one line for each player in the hand, but the winner was the same for any player in a hand - the same player won regardless of whose point of view you're looking at the hand from.

yeah sorry ;) the issues does not come from "Winner" stat...
Anyway, is there another way for me to import hand without using "Get Hands From Disk" or "Get Hands From Email" or Get Hands While Playing"?
I mean the same way that PT4 imported my hands from PT3 ?

You can use the setup wizard again at any time should you desire - it's in the Tools menu.
