Help - HUD is not working

Hello!

When I fire up a table in PS and then click "Get hands while playing" in pokertracker I get the following message:

Error: PokerStars: Access violation (0) (Flags: 0; Address: 0x7c90100b; EIP: 0x7C90100B)(Line #42)
Error: PokerStars: Access violation (0) (Flags: 0; Address: 0x7c90100b; EIP: 0x7C90100B)(Line #106)

The HUD stats don't show up even after few hands even though I have checked the box "Get hands while playing" in the site configuration dialogue box. Have I configured the site setting wrong or something? Also when I click "Get hands while playing" it slows my computer a lot but that could possibly be down to my computer as it is fairly old but having said that it took about 13 hours to auto import about 40K of hand histories and it was a lot more slow to import tourney summaries. Is anyone else having similar problems and have they managed to find any solution to get the HUD working.

If you're not using the latest version v4.01.13 Beta please update.

Assuming you are, please restart PT4 and reproduce the problem then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file which is being imported so that we can investigate.

I have been using the latest version (V4.01.13) and today when I tried again the HUD fired up after a couple of hands after I joined the table. So thank you very much for your help. Would you still like me to send you the log file or its not required since its working now.
