HUDs lost after PT4 hanged.

This was on version before current one, but couldn't post it before. I was editing 2 HUDs (HUD/Edit HUD Profiles) and PT4 was frozen, I had to use the "universal fix everything" ctrl+alt+supr to finish process. But when I restarted PT, HUDs were gone. Luckily I had all groups exported, so was easy to make HUDs again. The thing is, back then I only had 2 custom HUDs. So I'm not sure that error affected only to HUDs I was editing or to all non default HUDs.

That should only affect any changes made since you last saved.
