If you play at one of the [relatively] new country-specific PokerStars sites then the hand histories may not be detected automatically, in which case you will need to configure it manually.
Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly.

Did all the instructions, but do not work pokertracker4 PokerStars. Everest Poker is working, the Elephant poker program is working, but pokertracker4 not work. What's the problem?

Please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single table with 'get hands while playing' running.
Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session and that should let us see what is going on.
