Hi I have a code and link for PT4 but it wont download, keep getting the error message that server timed out.
Any suggestions please?
Failing that, can I import files from HEM1 and if so, how?

Could you try a different browser? The download is working fine for me.
PT4 has a Setup Assistant which will run when you first stat PT4 and that will let you automatically transfer hands from your HM database(s).
