PT4 HUD does not work

I can't see the HUD in partypoker NL4 SH tables. At the section Play Poker>PrrtyGamming>View Active Tables. I can see the message <Hud Loading> but the HUD doesn't appear. what do i have to do to fix this?

Are your hands from those tables importing properly? Do you have Party installed in English?

There was no problem with the importation of hands. I installed the english version of party poker software and the problem was solved. Thanks for the help.

My HUD often doesn't work on Partypoker.fr
The hand import is OK, Partypoker is installed in english and the HUD sometimes works, but often it doesn't work. Yesterday, I was multitabling 3 PLO tables and one FL and the HUD only appeared on the FL table :(

If you see this again please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot showing the table windows, and the hand history files for the session. That should let us see why the HUD doesn't appear for the affected tables.
