Those stats were removed as they were legacy placeholders specifically used for the PT2-style Details tab in PT3. Furthermore, I strongly suspect that they did not mean what you thought they did. For example Fold Flop % meant what percentage of your actions on the flop were folds - it has nothing to do with how often you would fold if you had a chance to do so. If some player had made 80 bets, 0 raises, 19 calls and folded once, that stat would have showed 1% (1 / 100) - but the real value you probably want is 5% (1 / 20) - because in those 100 flops he only had 20 chances to fold.
We do not currently have (but you could build easily) a Fold Flop stat which took into account all chances to fold - all you would need to do is use the columns for Fold to F Bet, Fold to F 2Bet, Fold to F 3Bet and Fold to F 4Bet, sum the numerators as your new numerator and sum the denominators as your new denominator and you'll be all set to use the new stat.
