How reliable are the stats? Does PokerStars save every hand even if you quick fold(not there to see the hand unfold) to your computer and PT4 will import?

Yes, they do but you must wait after you sit out for all of the hands to complete as Stars writes them in order. You can sometimes see this in the import as a batch of 2 or 3 hands all comes in at once.

If you think you are missing any hands you can request your hand histories from Stars and import those to complete your collection. From the PokerStars client click Requests -> Hand History and chose the timespan that is most appropriate.
