888 Import problem...

i imported my original 888 hand histories from the last three month today and some of my 6max cashgame hand histories show up without the "(6max)" label in the view stats tab.

i then repeated the process with a new database and the hand histories i exported from HM1 and got the same result.

For now you can adjust the hands via the Database -> Adjust Stakes area.

If you could also send us that hand history file via our support system, we'll look into what we can do to properly detect things in this situation in the future.

i just recognised, that pokertracker missed about 1000 of 64000 hands during the import.

i imported the same files into HM2 and there were only 4 hands missing.

so, the hands are all there, but PT4 seems to ignore them for some reason.

I think its best to send you the whole bunch of hand histories as zip-archive (~4MB) or what would you suggest?

Did you get errors during the import, or just not as many hands as you were expecting?
Please do send us the hands, but if you don't get errors then be sure to give us a few examples of hands which aren't imported so that we can find them in the files.

there were no errors, besides some play money related stuff.
