PT4 can't replay the hand and doesn't calculate All-in Eq

Not sure, should I've post this on Zoom topic, or on separate thread, since even if it happened on Zoom table, but the problem seems to be different than every1 else is complaining about :)

There was a 3-way preflop All-in, with side pots and etc. The hand is imported into PT4, and displayed on hands section, but if I try to open it for review, it gives me a blank window. No problems with other hands, so it must be smth because of that 3-way preflop all-ins with side pots.

It also doesn't calculate All-in Eq for this hand, just an empty field as for all money going in after river.

Could you attach the original hand history text to a support ticket for us? That way we can more effectively investigate what is causing this problem and figure out what we need to do to get it fixed.
