hi i have downloaded the pt4 and when I open it I get no connection possible (and without PosgreSQL not work)
that is what I have to do? as I get to work pt4 PosgreSQL?

Do you have PostgreSQL installed?

PT4 will not work without PostgreSQL, but if it isn't there then PT4 should install it. However, if it was previously installed then that may not happen and in that case you would need to install PostgreSQL manually. You can download it from www.PostgreSQL.org.
