Problems importing Database

Postby socorrista5 » Sun Mar 18, 2012 5:36 pm

Hello,
I have been importing my 550.000 hands database from PT3 database to PT4.
It has taken more than 14 hours, it automatically did a database maintenance, and when it seemed to be everything OK, I see no information in the database.

Can you help me? please?

Are you able to select your screenname from the Player List dropdown in the top left?

Helo Whiterider,
yes I can select my user ID (player) from all my poker sites, but when selecting the user name a "Populating..." is displayed at the right of the Statistics page, but no information is displayed

Now I can see my data...
I don't know what i did... I selected the player id of another poker site, refresh, then change agian, or something like that, and I finnaly see my data.
I don't know if it is an anomaly or just that I am new with PT4

Izy,

At the risk of being cliche, try restarting your computer just in case that actually does fix things here.
