Switching between Basic / Advanced is lightening fast now compared to before. PT4 loads quicker too.

Question if I can influence how PT4 tourney auto detect works for stars? Creating any new flags help or is this just a PT4 vs stars situation?

I noticed that if you won a satellite in a SNG or Tourney, your playername can be listed 1st or last where PT4 indicates the winning players by a zero finish position.

Is it possible to place the hero in the same finish position in the tourney results?

You can add auto detect rules to the TourneyDetect.cfg file, but we don't recommend it currently as the file will be overwritten automatically when the development team add new rules. We do hope to be able to make this user-configuration more practical in future, but I don't know when that will be done.
We're also in contact with PokerStars, amongst other sites, to try to persuade them to add more information about tournament types to the hand history and summary files.

In the meantime, please send us any tournaments which don't detect correctly via a Support Ticket and tell us what type they were and we'll see if the rules can be improved.

When PT4 is able to detect that you "won" a satellite it will always set the finish position to 1. If your position is 0 then it didn't detect that as a win and again you can send us the HH to see if we can improve the detection.

What I meant was if I win a 9 man SNG satellite that rewards 2 seats, if i played this multiple times and won, i may be positioned in the first slot with 1st place or in the second slot in first place.

with satellites that reward more then 2 seats in MTTs, now you may be be posittioned in any slot that finished in first place.

I wasn't sure if you were aware of this and if PT4 can consistently place the hero in the first slot everytime when you win?

The reason I mention this is that it takes extra time to edit all the same satellite tourneys when you have to look for your playername in each winning slot.

In the latest version your screenname should be selected in the list when you edit a tournament. The list is sorted by whichever column you click (or the finish position by default) and when multiple players are position 1 unfortunately the order is undefined.
