Bet size as %Pot

Hi,

I have a question regarding the definition you take of the pot on each street.
Basically, I wanted to filter the hands where I betted small on the River, let say for example less than 40% of the pot. But when I say 40% of the pot, I think of the pot as it is before the River betting round not the final pot. In PT3, all the % were based on the final pot, so it is pretty impossible to filter that way, because you had to separate the hands that were folded and the hands that were called. Is it the same in PT4?

When you filter for the amount of the pot that you bet via Actions and Opportunities it is the percentage of the pot that you bet at the time you bet it. If the pot at the start of the river were 100 and you bet 40, you bet 40% of the pot.

If you want to look at your total contribution to a pot you can use Hand Details -> Amount Contributed to Pot.

I didn't know the "Amount Contributed to Pot", could be interesting for other occasions.

You're welcome. One thing to remember when it comes to bet facing with sizes though is that if you face a bet of 50% of the pot that means you have to call half of the current pot to continue.

If the pot is 100 and someone bets 100 the new pot is 200 and you need to call 100, or 50% of the pot.
