I have an HEM2 DB called 'Main'. It successfully extracts all of the hands (about 15k cash and 25k tournament). It then goes to "Imported 0 of 39,854 hands..." and sits there with an empty bar as the green mark orbits.
Is this conversion only for HEM1 dbs? If so, why is it detecting my HEM2 db? Or is this just bugged?

It should convert HM2 databases too. Do you still have a "TempExport" folder if you use the PT4 menu File > Open User Data Folder?
That is where the files are extracted to, and if the conversion didn't complete it should still be there.
Try doing a "Get Hands From Disk" of that directory/folder and see if that imports OK?
