HUD: how to change layout

I cant seem to drag stuff around in the HUD layout. How do u adjust the hud, i.e. put the overlays at a different spot etc.

Either hold the control key down while you drag or use the PT-icon to unlock the HUD. Remember to Save Layout when you have things where you want them.
