load time with .9 beta

hey guys. i'm writing because im finding the new release to be still too slow to use comfortably. i would like to use pt4 to review tournaments that i have quick filtered. however, when i select and apply a quick filter, i'm getting load times that are 3-5 mins long. at first i was running pt4 on an old, slow computer, so the long times were understandable. but now i'm using a new machine with these specs:

intel i5 2.53ghz processor
4 gb ram
500gb memory with 187gb unused

i dont know much about computers so its possible im doing something wrong on my end. but every other program i use is lightning fast. are there any possible suggestions you can give me for speeding up pt4? are there settings i could adjust for example?

btw, my pt4 database is 2954mb. could that be causing the problem?

We're looking at ways to optimize performance in PT4 - please restart PT4 and reproduce the problem then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is taking the time.

You haven't added any custom stats to your reports, have you? That could cause some delays - if you have, try resetting the reports to defaults and see if that makes a difference.
