To configure my notes for HU play I wished to have standard notes apply only when number of players > 2

I tried to add a filter to standard notes in opponnent filter for for number of player > 2.
PT4 forget this part of the filter.

I'm not seeing that behavior. After you change the filter make sure it is turned on and click Save and Save and Apply Filters then Save the change to the rule you are working on and it should work.
