Where are the positional stats?

I'm looking for preflop positional stats like steal/raise first in from each position and also 3bet by position.

Where can I find the description of each stat?

You can display any stat for any position using the stat Properties in the Hud Profile Editor. Select the stat you're interested in (Raise First In, for example) and change the Position property to the position you want to see.

If you click Configure --> Statistics you can see the full list of statistics as well as detailed descriptions and human readable formulas for them all there.
