note tracker seems to have the same notes on everybody for me... how do Idisable it so I can see if I myself taken notes or not, also PT4 seems to be working very slowely I want to see if it helps to get rid of note tracker???????

NoteTracker only works in the background either when you start it (via the Tools -> NoteTracker -> Status page) or while you are getting hands while playing. It is a very low resource process and should not be slowing things down for you. Can you tell me a bit more about where you are experiencing slowdowns?

You can also set NoteTracker to take notes on you on the aforementioned Status page if you would like - there is a checkbox there you can disable which will cause PT4 to take notes on you.

Hello,
It seems my PT4 has an problem with the notetracker. It processed round about 51% of my hands (35K), but doesnt continue. Í started it manuell, or not. doesnt change everything. Do you have an idea what to do?

Start PT4, start the process via the NoteTracker Status page and let it run for 3-5 minutes. Then attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket for us and that will give us more information about what is going on behind the scenes so that we can figure out the proper next step.

That could be because of the start date you defined on the Status tab - hands before that date won't have notes added to them. Try setting the date earlier (if you want to) and see if that makes the count update.

I will like to know that took notes on a player myself, with the note tracker I have a color note on everyone... it would be nice to be able to turn it off or have the ability by color say to say if I have personal notes on the player.

The development team are aware of the request to make manual note colouring more obvious, but currently if you set a colour when you take a note the icon itself will be displayed in that colour, independently of whether there are any auto notes.
