HUD wouldn't load on most tables, sometimes only on mixed game tables.
Table list under "View Active Tables" is incorrect.

Please update to v4.01.8 Beta - the version you have was released before the recent PokerStars change.
You should be told about the update when you run PT4, but I will send you a PM too.
