what does that line mean on graph for sngs?

That means it will display (overlay) a line on the graph which will be equivalent to your net adjusted win where the win is adjusted by your all-in expectation given the hole cards that were shown down by you and your opponents in all-in pots.

so its basically the same thing as all-in ev for cash games? does it work correctly for partypokers 6max sngs?

It's a similar concept (though we really don't like the term EV - this isn't really your expected value given that a player can have a range and we only calculate against the actual hand he does show). We also use ICM calculations here in order to be more precise for tournaments.

I should have also added that there are a few known errors with the current beta version's calculations that will be fixed for the next beta version. That looks like a graph that's affected by the issues I've seen reported.
