No HUD in a Party Poker Tournament

I am playing a weekly tournament:$5000 Bankroll Booster in Party, I see PT4 is importing hands but the HUD is not shown

Does the HUD work for other Party tournaments?
Is there anything unusual about the name of this tournament? Any non-English characters in the name or anything like that?

I suspect you will have restarted PT4 since you played this tournament so the logs will have been overwritten, but if you see this again please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the tournament and a screenshot of the table window so that we can see what is going on.
In the meantime, please send us the hand history file(s) from yesterday's tournament so that we can see if there is anything odd about that.

I have been grinding PartyPoker tournaments with PT4 and sometimes I have to "Restart Hud" before the HUD finally appears in some tables. The first two lines in the default Tools popup stats either take a very long time to appear or never update, e.g., Player name, "Tournaments Played", "Buyin Total", "Harrington's M" and "In The Money" %. Only "Avg All-In Equity" appears quickly like the other default stats. I added "Fold to Any PF Raise" stat for BB, SB and total, and it has never updated, along with the "3Bet Vs Cutoff (& Button) Open" lines, always showing only "()" instead of "- (0/0)".

Another HUD bug is that even if the HUD appears, it sometimes does not update for a long time or even the entire session. For example, I am only one-tabling but I tracked that my opponent had the same "572" hands for the first 45 minutes. Then it suddenly updated to 616 hands, but didn't update again until 622, 626, and it's currently stuck at 638 hands. This had obviously resulted in losing money because of wrong decsions made based on the out-of-date M, number of big blinds, etc. :(

I had noticed that my two logs were last modified on January 7, 2012 so I tried deleting PokerTracker4.log but it hasn't come back. I only have the only PokerTrackerHud4.log. How do I manually enable logging or find a way to get a debug file to Support?

Check to make sure logging is enabled in Configure --> Options. If it's not, enable it and restart PT4 and then logging will be enabled for you.

Is it possible that this is related to (lack of) performance ?
Yesterday I was multi-tabling for the first time on my new netbook (which is thus limited in CPU performance). I had 3 MTTs going on and saw several issues, also after restarting the HUD :
* stat panels not updating (easily detectable by a Hand Count not increasing at all).
* my own panels not even showing up.
* one of the MTTs not even have any HUD show up.
Then I noticed that my netbook was moderately loaded with the PT4 process taking 100% CPU now and then.

I'll try to reproduce by playing a few very low buy-in SNGs simultaneously, and file a ticket with the log file.

Could easily reproduce by playing 2 tourneys. HUD never updated as soon as I had the 2nd tourney going.
