Bug; Ipoker PLO

I'm not sure if there is a list of known bugs or anything like that but I seem to have come across something slightly peculiar whereby my graph for the last 80hands or so has just completely frozen. I'm not quite sure what has triggered this - or if i am being stupid or something - i'm happy to raise a ticket if its not something that has been highlighted already?

EDIT; my game currency seems to be tracking correctly however my currency has just completely stopped converting... hence giraffe is flat for last 80hands.

If you look at the hands for that session and compare My Currency Won with Game Currency Won do you see odd results for those last 80 hands?
We've seen a couple of rare reports of this behaviour but haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves or find out exactly what is going on yet.
If you see this again please also attach your PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate further.

yes basically my hands in $ (Game currency won) were showing correctly but then the Totals Tally at the bottom (My Currency Won) was incorrect, thus flat lining my graph as its in My currency. I found another thread advising to get currency rates and this fixed it. I will attach my log file it happens again and can attach my logs up until now if that will be of use.... just let me knwo.

Also is there a link to a list of bugs or something... so if i come across anything else I know whether its know/unknown, more info needed, not needed, etc... would prove useful imo.

Thanks for the confirmation. You're likely to have restarted PT4 since this happened, in which case your logs will have been overwritten. If you see it again, please let us have the new logs.

We do not have a public list of known bugs as this would take us a considerable amount of work to maintain, and most people wouldn't read it anyway! Please report anything that you notice - we'd much rather hear about something a few times than not at all. If you report a known issue we can let you know, or request more detail if it's something we're not aware of. Keep the feedback coming - we appreciate it all!
