Missing hands after conversion

I tried importing my hands using the setup assistant but it seems to be missing around 50k hands. At the end of the conversion it said Imported "1,009,189 of 1,065,835 hands and 2,030 of 2,030 tournament summaries..." I compared my hands between pt3 and pt4 and saw that hands are missing from all different sites. I created a new database and the same thing happened again although at a slightly different number of hands but in the same ballpark. Any ideas what the problem could be or what i should try next?

Were errors reported when you did the conversion?
If you see errors with hand numbers see if you can find some of the hands in PT3 and export the appropriate sessions/tournaments. If you get errors importing the exported files into PT4 please attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
