Poker tracker 4 does not support UTF-8?

I have a nasty problem with PT4.
Notes not support unicode. But PT3 works correct.
In PT4 not support to write notes on non-English languages​​?
Please help me fix it.

You should be able to use UTF-8 text in notes - what are you trying to insert and what happens when you try to insert it?

Ok. It`s look like this. In the notes all right. But when the mouse position is over the icon and showing a note popup. Here there is a problem.
