HUD not loading on Merge

I have been using the PT4 beta for a few weeks now and love it so far. I got a message about updating a week or so ago, but delayed until a couple days ago. After updating I played one session and everything seemed to be going fine, but ever since then I cannot get the HUD to load. The program also doesn't seem to want to close. I click the "X" in the top right corner and nothing happens. The program is not freezing either, I can still navigate in the program but it just won't close. I have had to ctrl+alt+del to close it twice now. I am playing on Black Chip Poker fyi. Anyone experiencing anything similar or have any thoughts on this?

Next time you see either of these please attach the PokerTracker4.log and PokerTrackerHud4.log files from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
