Simple Funtionality

Hey,

I don't really know how complicated this is to do, but is there any way to make my mouse wheel be able to be used to scroll through the menues I'm hovering over. I assume it's not that difficult to do since it's basic functionallity in most programs I've used.

And would you believe that I put "Funtionality" as an intentional refernce to what a joy the function would be, and NOT just because I'm an idiot who misspells things then fails to correct them! :D
