Omaha hi/lo on yatahay network not recognized

One minor issue is that omaha hi/lo tables are treated as hi only, instead of hi/lo on the yatahay network. This results in the ev calcs being off in the hand replayer and for all in ev.

Could you please compress a few example hi/lo hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can check this out. Thanks.
