Microgaming sites not attached

In "Play poker" a cannot launch sites from Microgaming. The HUD doesnt appear while playing. I have account on Unibet and PokerTime.
I added gamehistory.dat but didnt attached site, how to do it, please?
I imported tournaments history, but it don´t show prizes.. Party poker works HUD too.

It looks like you manually configured those directories - if you auto import while playing do the hands get imported or not?

I´m now playing on PartyPoker and Unibet and it imports only from PartyPoker.Those 27 tournaments on Microgaming are imported manually, and were played before I got PT4.
I also reinstalled my Unibet poker client., but it did not solve anything.

Once the GameHistory.dat file is configured manually in PT4 the message about skins not being installed should not matter.
Please restart PT4 and then start Get Hands While Playing. Play a few hands at a single MicroGaming table and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on. To attach your GameHistory.dat to your ticket too you'll need to compress it.

Hi, I solved a part of a problem. I somehow attached Microgaming. It takes hands while playing now. But HUD is shown only in cash games no SnG (PokerTracker cannot display the Hud on MicroGaming tournament tables at this time because they cannot be uniquely identified.). In PT the tournaments dont have shown buyins and winnings.

As the error states, we cannot display the HUD on those tables because we cannot figure out which tables those are. Once Microgaming gives us a way to detect which window is which tournament table, we will begin displaying the HUD on those tables.
