raise-columns and hud position filter

Postby pasita » Sun Feb 05, 2012 6:23 am

I suppose any checkraise is also counted as a raise? I'm thinking of building some complex stats and differentiating CR and raise by the position filter.

What is the IP/OP position based on? Preflop aggressor? Absolute position? In a 3-way limped pot where sb completes and hero checks on BB, will hero be IP, OP, both or none (EDIT: for flop stats)?

Yes, a check-raise is also a raise. "Raise" includes any type of raise, like "Bet" includes any type of bet (c-bet, donk, float, etc).

I believe that IP/OP in the HUD properties is based on absolute position, since "relative position" or any other way of looking at it, could vary depending on the situation. As I understand it only the original limper in your example will be in position. Both blinds would be out of position.
Kraada will be able to confirm this for you.

IP/OP as a postflop property is absolute position - whoever is last to act on the street in question has position and nobody else does.
