Fold to Turn Bet after Cbetting Flop, Checking Turn ?

Is there a stat for this specific situation?
I want to know how often a villain that is out of position will Fold to a Turn Bet after he Cbets the flop, then checks on the turn. Almost like a "Bet vs Missed Turn Cbet"

If there isn't one, how can I make it?

Weird.. I was reading what "Float Turn" was.. and the definition confused me.. "Percentage of the time that a player bets in position on the turn after the aggressor fails to continuation bet on the flop." Is the "Float Turn" definition incorrect?

Yes. A "float bet" on the turn is making a bet on the turn after calling a continuation bet on the flop, and then the preflop aggressor checks to you on the turn.

For example, preflop the cutoff raises and the button calls.
Flop: cutoff bet (c-bet), button call (what common terminology calls a "float" *)
Turn: cutoff checks, button bets - this is a "Float Turn" by the button.
If the cutoff now folds, that is a "Fold to T Float Bet".

* We don't know what the intention of the flop call is, so we can't record "floats" at this point. We only know it was a float if the player bets when the preflop and flop aggressor checks the turn and they bet behind.

So, a "float bet flop" (i think that's what it's called, not on my regular computer right now) is de facto "bet vs missed cbet", right?
