Stars ~ Results are wrong

I played PS yesterday and everything was ok, today i carried out the compulsory software update, and something weirds goin on... i just played a quick session to setup my HUD, won about a buyin maybe a little more... the results showing in PT4 shows me having a losing sesison, see graph...

anyway i went through my reports and made a quick vid to show some of the problems, here i win the hand but no results are shown, and the report has me losing 5£...

i believe new update makes split pots as losing pots... therefore results are not correct...

No, its much more than that. I was just preparing a post about it.

What is happening (at least for me) is that PT4 is not counting ANY hands that I win at showdown. Any at all.

So my no showdown wins and losses are there, plus my showdown losses. But not a single hand I won at showdown is being shown in the database - which, of course, sucks.

You can see it clearly on my graph:

Believe me, you can't lose all showdowns in 650 hands in PLO even if you try hard.

My cashier shows it as a pretty breakeven session (thanks to those bad beats, go PLO).

I even tried creating a new database and importing the hands all over. Same result.

This is an issue with the PokerStars software update - their hands are being written improperly and state that at showdown everyone loses the pot.

They are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.

Then why is it that it works in other software but not yours?

Edit: Sorry just looked at the HH file and it does say lost the hand, even though the pot is awarded to the actual winner

Yeah, I was just wondering why the more I win, the more I went down in my graph :)...

Thanks for the heads up, these hands will taint my whole database then, will they?
