Reports ~ saving / storage location

I created a report but i can't load it, and am not sure where they are saved. Any info on this thanks

The reports are saved in the ReportsCustomized.pt4 file which in in the application data area (click File --> Show Data Folder in PT4 and then go into Data to see the file) - what happens when you try to run the report in PT4?
