Bug: HUD Popup Showing Up as Completely

I just put in my first session with PT4 today. Having big problems with the HUD popups. About 10-20% of the time, when I click on a HUD statistic to bring up the popup, the popup shows up as a completely white area. There are no stats or words, just whiteness the same size as the popup should normally be. Clicking on it will not make it go away and the HUD is usually unresponsive during this time for 5 seconds or so. This also happened randomly a few times when joining a table. The white HUD popup would just appear and things would kinda freeze up. I don't know if this is a known issue or not, but as of right now, PT4 is unusable for me until this gets fixed.

This is definitely not a known issue. Please attach the PokerTracker4.log and PokerTrackerHud4.log files to a support ticket for us so that we can investigate further what might be causing this behavior for you.
